Service Department
A critical component of John Maye Company’s excellent customer satisfaction, is our Service Department. We have factory trained Service Technicians that are responsive and professional when attending to your equipment repair needs. Nothing hurts a company’s productivity more than a piece of equipment breaking down. We have earned the reputation as a leader in equipment repair and preventative maintenance. We will quickly respond to your request and in most situations be able to perform the required service within 24 hours of your request. We’ll get you back up and running.
Service Capabilities
Our Service Technicians are capable of servicing most makes and models of strapping equipment, shrink wrap systems, taping equipment, string tying machines, stretch wrappers, palletizers and most other packaging related equipment.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
We offer Preventative Maintenance Programs for any piece of equipment we sell which guarantees the Service Departments hourly rate for labor and travel time for the length of the agreement. We have these agreements, at no additional cost, for the following types of equipment:
- Strapping and Banding Equipment
- Pallet Wrapping Equipment
- Tape Sealing Equipment
- Shrink Wrap Equipment
