Grooved plate bedding is recommended when your conveyor width and length are identical, or when you need to load materials from the side. Grooved bedding always requires belts with guide profiles.
Can I specify the motor position?
Yes! Motors are standard mounted on the right side in direction of travel, but left-side mounting is available upon request when ordering.
How do I select the correct belt for my conveyor?
First choose your conveyor dimensions, then select a belt of corresponding length and width. For grooved plate bedding, you must use belts with guide profiles.
What gear ratios and speeds are available?
Standard gear ratio is 40:1 providing 33 ft/min. Available configured speeds are 10 ft/min and 20 ft/min. Frequency control systems can be connected directly to the 3-phase motor for variable speed operation.
